​Arcipel & Associates designed and delivered a bespoke tabletop exercise for a major Middle Eastern oil company. The exercise supported senior leadership in stress‑testing, decision‑making, crisis coordination, and operational resilience. The exercise explored how state and non‑state actors might target critical energy infrastructure, and how a coordinated corporate response could mitigate risk and maintain stability.
